Welcome to the certification marketplace for Certiport, a Pearson VUE Business. Our home site is located at www.certiport.com, to learn more see our About Us page. We use this store to provide exam vouchers to individuals for the certifications we deliver on behalf of our clients such as Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Apple, and many others. We also offer practice tests and learning products from our partners that map to those certifications. Certiport is the official provider of the exam certifications, practice tests, and learning products sold on this site. This store serves individuals in the United States only.

Certiport’s motto is "Learn, Practice, Certify", and we offer products that align to that same pathway. Using this model, you would begin by studying a topic using learning products (e-courses and e-books), then you would take practice tests to prepare you for the actual exam, and finally you would schedule your exam and attempt to certify. What is a Test Candidate?

Anyone on the pathway towards earning an official certification is considered a Test Candidate. This term is used often on this site for all users, but becomes especially important when getting ready to sit for an actual exam through a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC). See the "Exam Voucher" section below under "What happens after I make my purchase?".


Our Products

  • To Learn:
    • Learning Product: This is what you would purchase if you were new to a subject (or needed a refresh) and wanted to be trained on a particular topic in the overall endeavor to become certified. We offer a variety of learning products from several different third-party partners, and they can come in the form of either an e-book or an e-course. Learning products expire 1 year from the date of purchase (you will have access to the learning materials for a full year).

  • To Practice:
    • Practice Test: Practice tests alone are not intended for individuals to learn the subject matter, but rather to prepare you for the scope of objective domains covered (the exact set of knowledge and skills being measured in the certification exam), the nature of how the questions are asked and answered, and to simulate being timed.

      • CertPREP powered by GMetrix Practice Tests: A digital code that can be redeemed for practice tests at the GMetrix website. When you purchase GMetrix practice tests, you will be allowed either 30 (single application license) or 100 (full suite license) attempts over the course of a year (see product descriptions for details). Practice tests expire 1 year from the date of purchase (you will have access to your practice tests for a full year or until all 30 or 100 from the license have been used).

      • MeasureUp Practice Tests: A digital product key that can be redeemed for a period of 30 days and unlimited use at the MeasureUp website. The key must be registered within 30 days after purchase.

  • To Certify:
    • Exam Voucher: A digital code that can be redeemed at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC) for a single attempt at an actual certification exam. If the exam is passed, this would provide you with the associated credential in the form of an online certificate, including a digital badge from Credly to use in your email signature, resume, to share on social media or to use on a professional network website. Vouchers expire 1 year from the date of purchase (you will have a full year to redeem your voucher).

    • Exam Voucher with Retake: The same as the above but with an additional (2nd) attempt to pass should you fail your first attempt. The retake code will not be generated and emailed to you unless you fail your first attempt. If you pass your exam on the first attempt, the retake code cannot be generated and redeemed for any other purpose. Other policies apply when using retakes, please review our full policy prior to redeeming the retake portion of an Exam Voucher with Retake. Vouchers with Retakes expire 1 year from the date of purchase. If you fail on the first attempt and the retake voucher is not redeemed within 1 year it will also expire.

  • Other:
    • Bundle: A combination of any of the above.

What happens after I make my purchase?

Certiport provides the exam vouchers, our partners GMetrix or MeasureUp provide the practice tests, and our partners such as LearnKey and CCI provide the learning products. As such, you could receive up to three different emails that will contain your digital codes/keys with instructions for fulfillment and/or redemption of your purchase – again, remember the three categories: "Learn, Practice, Certify".

  • For Learning Products – Use the following as a guide to redeem your learning product(s):
    • Wait for your fulfillment email that contains your practice test code/key (can take up to 1-2 business days). If you have not received your email(s) within that time, check your spam folder and if you still do not see the email(s) please contact Customer Service.

    • Follow the instructions in the email to download any software or view your courseware through a web-based model.

  • For Practice Tests – Use the following as a guide to redeem your code:
    • CertPREP (powered by GMetrix):
      • Wait for your fulfillment email that contains your voucher code (can take up to 2 hours). If you have not received your email(s) within that time, check your spam folder. If you still have not received your email(s) please contact Customer Service.

      • Follow the link to the GMetrix student (Test Candidate) portal and create a user profile by clicking the "Sign up here!" link.

      • For Live-in-the-App tests such as Adobe, Microsoft, or Autodesk, you will need to download the GMetrix SMS software; all other tests will be taken through a web-based model. Practice tests are self-administered and can be taken at your convenience.

    • MeasureUp:
      • Wait for your fulfillment email that contains your voucher code (can take up to 2 hours). If you have not received your email(s) within that time, check your spam folder. If you still have not received your email(s) please contact Customer Service.

      • Follow the link to the MeasureUp website and create a user profile by hovering over "Sign in" in the top, right-hand corner of the page and clicking the dropdown for "New? Create an account".

      • Follow the instructions in the email to download any software or take your test through a web-based model (methods vary depending on the test purchased). Practice tests are self-administered and can be taken at your convenience.

  • For Exam Vouchers and Exam Vouchers with Retakes - Use the following as a guide to redeem your voucher and take your exam:
    1. Create a user (Test Candidate) profile at www.certiport.com by clicking "Login/Register" in the top, right-hand corner of the page. This is where you will create the username and password to log into your account; you will also need those same credentials to take your exam. This is also where your exam results (transcript) will be stored. For more information on using a Certiport Test Candidate profile, see our help page.

    2. Wait for your fulfillment email that contains your voucher code (can take up to 2 hours). If you have not received your email(s) within that time, check your spam folder. If you still have not received your email(s) please contact Customer Service.

    3. After you have created a profile and received your fulfillment email you will need to locate a public Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC), then contact them to schedule an appointment so they can administer (proctor) the exam to you. We currently have options to administer exams in-person where you would travel to the CATC, or we also have remote options where the exam could be administered to you from your home through a webcam. Please view our Test Candidate support page to either use our Locator (for in-person) or to see a list of CATCs that offer remote (home) delivery.
