Click the "Log in / Sign Up" link in the top right hand corner of our site. Click the "My Account" link and under the "Password" section you'll see a button that says, "Change Password". Click the button, confirm your old password, and enter your new password.
To reset a lost password:
Click the "Log in / Sign Up" link in the top right hand corner of our site. Under the "Sign in to your account" section you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password". Click the button, enter your email address, click "Send Email" and wait for the emailed instructions (ensure you check your spam folder if you do not see the email immediately). Click the reset link in the email, enter and confirm your new password, then click the "Reset Password" button.
To view your Order Status as a registered user, log in, click the "My Account" link and click "Order History" in the left-hand column.

Digital products will be emailed after your order is processed and payment has been received. Exam voucher and Practice Test emails can take up 24 hours. Learning Product Key emails can take up to 1-2 business days. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders for your order.
