  • My Account

    • How do I create an account?

      To create a new account:

      1. Click the "Log in / Sign Up" link in the top right corner of our site.
      2. Fill out the information in the form and checkmark to agree with our terms.
      3. Click the "Sign Up" button to create your account.

      Your information is never sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

    • How do I edit my account information?

      To edit your account information, log in to the "Log in / Sign up" link in the top right hand corner of our site. Click the "My Account" link and under "Account Settings" select the "Edit" link to change your personal info.

    • How do I change or reset my password?

      To change your password:

      Click the "Log in / Sign Up" link in the top right hand corner of our site. Click the "My Account" link and under the "Password" section you'll see a button that says, "Change Password". Click the button, confirm your old password, and enter your new password.

      To reset a lost password:

      Click the "Log in / Sign Up" link in the top right hand corner of our site. Under the "Sign in to your account" section you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password". Click the button, enter your email address, click "Send Email" and wait for the emailed instructions (ensure you check your spam folder if you do not see the email immediately). Click the reset link in the email, enter and confirm your new password, then click the "Reset Password" button.

  • Order Status

    • What's the status of my order?

      To view your Order Status as a registered user, log in, click the "My Account" link and click "Order History" in the left-hand column.

      If the order was placed as a guest, without being signed in, you can check on the order status here.

    • When will my order be fulfilled?

      Digital Products

      Digital products will be emailed after your order is processed and payment has been received. Exam voucher and Practice Test emails can take up 24 hours. Learning Product Key emails can take up to 1-2 business days. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders for your order.

      If you have not received your digital products within 24 hours of the above fulfillment times, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

    • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

      If you are a registered user, you can check on the order status by logging in to your account and clicking "Order History" in the left-hand column.

      If the order was placed as a guest, without being signed in, you can check on the order status here.

      Please note that once an order has begun processing it can no longer be changed.

    • My order never arrived.

      If you are a registered user, you can check on the order status by logging in to your account and clicking "Order History" in the left-hand column.

    • How much is my shipping?

      We only sell digital products that are fulfilled via email at no charge.

    • I received the wrong product.

      If you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

    • When will my order be fulfilled?

      Digital Products

  • Pricing and Billing

    • Do I have to pay sales tax?

      You will need to pay sales tax if you are located in a place where Pearson does business. Sales tax will be dynamically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. If you are a tax-exempt organization please contact Customer Service after creating your account for exemption verification.

    • I have a question about my charges.

      If you have a question about a charge, please review your order history first.

      To view your Order Status as a registered user, log in and click "Order History" in the left-hand column.

      You can compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

    • What are my payment options?

      We accept all major credit cards. You may choose your form of payment during the checkout process. Please note that your order will be fulfilled once your payment has processed.

    • How can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?

      Log in to your account by clicking the "Log in/ Sign Up" link in the top right-hand corner of the site. Click the "My Account" link and then click "Order History" in the left-hand column.

    • When will my credit card be charged?

      Your credit card will be charged immediately on placing the order.
