MSi’s courseware prepares you for the Medical Administrative Assistant Exam. The certification is built to test and validate foundation-level concepts and knowledge in office procedures, basic healthcare terminology, basic billing knowledge, interpersonal communication, and medical health records.

The MSi Medical Administrative Assistant ecourse is designed to serve as the learning component within Certiport's "Learn, Practice, Certify" methodology. The course takes about 30-40 hours to complete. Participants will have access to the following elements in the course:

Instructions to access this course are delivered via email from Moore Solutions (MSi). Please allow up to two business days for processing.

The MSi course is delivered on the GMetrix platform, which means you can access any CertPREP powered by GMetrix practice tests you may have purchased at the Certiport Store using your same login information. After the online course is purchased, you will receive an email containing the product code and instructions on how access the course.

Technical Requirements:

The Health Sciences Careers ecourse by MSi is entirely web-based and can be completed, including grades, on any device with an internet connection, including a PC, Mac, Chrome book, or tablet.

CertPREP Practice Tests

This product includes a single application license for the Health Sciences Careers CertPREP practice tests. It may be used to prepare for the Medical Administrative Assistant exam.

This CertPREP single title license allows one user to make up to 30 practice test attempts for the selected available title during a one year period.

CertPREP practice tests for the Medical Administrative Assistant certification is designed to replicate the certification exam experience so Test Candidates can better prepare themselves for the actual exam. The CertPREP practice tests are mapped to the certification objectives so the Test Candidate is assured that they are practicing the skills that will help them pass the certification exam.

Practice tests are offered in two modes:

Testing Mode:

• Test Candidates experience what the certification exams will be like
• Timed practice test that performs just like the actual certification exam

Training Mode:

• Test Candidates work at their own pace as they receive feedback
• They may opt to access step-by-step instructions or help for each question

This CertPREP single title application license allows you to take up to 30 practice tests for the available Health Sciences Careers title during a one year period. Once you have chosen a title, the license will then be locked down to allow you to access only the chosen title.

After the practice test license is purchased, you will receive an email containing the product code and instructions on how access the practice tests.

Health Sciences Careers Exam Voucher with Retake

Certiport’s Medical Administrative Assistant Certification validates foundational understanding of the issues surrounding the processes, terminology, billing, and recordkeeping in a medical office. Successful candidates will be able to analyze and resolve problems involving social situations and compliance issues. They should be able to demonstrate knowledge of appropriate patient communication, medical records, and health-related legal questions.

Certiport Exam Voucher info:

• Exam vouchers are transmitted electronically via e-mail and are non-refundable.
• Expires one year after date of purchase.
• Please allow up to two days for processing.
• The holder of this voucher number is entitled to take one exam at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC).
• The voucher number can be used to take the Health Sciences Careers - Medical Administrative Assistant certification exam.
• In the event that you do not pass the exam, a retake code will be emailed to you. You may retake the exam after waiting 24 hours from the time your initial exam was first started. Retake vouchers must be used within 60 days of the failed exam.
• CATCs reserve the right to charge a proctoring fee.
