After the purchase is made, you will receive an email containing the product code and instructions on how access the course. You will be required to choose one of the following MOS 365 Apps or 2019 courses:

Once you have chosen a course title, the license will then be locked down to allow you to access only the chosen course.

The LearnKey course is delivered on the GMetrix platform, which means you can access your CertPREP Practice Tests powered by GMetrix using your same login information.

Technical Requirements:

• The GMetrix platform is compatible with all modern desktop and mobile web browsers and operating systems.
• A high-speed internet connection is required.
• While not required, it is recommended that you have the relevant Microsoft Office application installed and that you install the GMetrix SMS when prompted.

CertPREP Practice Tests

CertPREP practice tests for the Microsoft Office Specialist certification are designed to replicate the certification exam experience so Test Candidates can better prepare themselves for the actual exam. The CertPREP practice tests use the same in-app exam format as the Certiport certification exam and are mapped to the certification objectives so the Test Candidate is assured that they are practicing the skills that will help them pass the certification exam.

Practice tests are offered in two modes:

Testing Mode:

• Test Candidates experience what the certification exams will be like
• Timed practice test that performs just like the actual certification exam

Training Mode:

• Test Candidates work at their own pace as they receive feedback
• They may opt to access step-by-step instructions or help for each question

This CertPREP single title license allows you to make up to 30 practice test attempts for one of the available Microsoft Office Specialist titles during a one year period. Each title has 2-3 practice tests available.

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is the leading IT certification in the world. Demonstrate you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to productively use Microsoft Office. MOS enables you to tap the full features and functionality of the Microsoft Office system, resulting in heightened levels of individual performance, confidence, and differentiation.

• Exam vouchers are transmitted electronically via e-mail and are non-refundable.
• Expires one year after date of purchase.
• Please allow up to two days for processing.
• The holder of this voucher is entitled to take one exam through a Certiport Authorized Testing Center.
• The voucher can be used to take any one of the following available MOS 365 Apps, MOS 2019, or MOS 2016 certification exams: Word, Word Expert, Excel, Excel Expert, Excel for Accounting, Excel for Business Finance, PowerPoint, Access, Access Expert, or Outlook.

My Pathway is a way for you to receive extra credentials by earning multiple certifications. For Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), you could be on your way to becoming an Associate, Expert (and more), after which you would receive additional layered credentials sponsored by Certiport. After passing the required My Pathway exams, you will also receive a badge from Credly that you may post to your social media such as LinkedIn (in addition to the badges you will receive for earning each individual certification that comprises the My Pathway credential).

How to get started on My Pathway

You begin by earning your first certification. The product on this page provides you with a single voucher that can be redeemed through a CATC to take your exam. Should you pass that exam, your journey has already begun. The next step would be to purchase another voucher and pass another required exam. For example, earning 3 of the 4 required certifications listed on the My Pathway page at Certiport.com would grant you the first level of MOS Associate, with additional levels requiring additional certifications.

After purchasing this product, you will also need to create a Test Candidate profile at Certiport.com in order to register and take your exam. When you are logged in at Certiport, an entire section is devoted to My Pathway where your progress with all pathways are tracked so you always know where to go next.
