This eCourse curriculum prepares candidates for the Culinary Foundations certification exam, which validates the skills required in a professional kitchen and is endorsed by the World Association of Master Chefs, which has chapters in over 60 countries and has approximately 150,000 members worldwide.

The MSi Culinary Foundations ecourse is designed to serve as the learning component within Certiport's "Learn-Practice-Certified" methodology. Each course takes about 30-40 hours to complete. Participants will have access to the following elements in the course:

The MSi course is delivered on the GMetrix platform, which means you can access any CertPREP powered by GMetrix practice tests you may have purchased at the Certiport Store using your same login information. After the online course is purchased, you will receive an email containing the product code and instructions on how access the course.
