Proctoring Service
Certiport has partnered with Thrive Education Solutions to provide secure online exam proctoring through Certiport’s Compass Cloud: Remote solution. As a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC), Thrive Education Solutions allows eligible Test Candidates to complete their certification exams remotely from the comfort and convenience of their home or other approved testing location.
Our remote proctoring service is designed to make earning your certification simple and convenient. Once you have purchased both the proctoring service and a valid exam voucher, you may schedule your exam at a date and time that fits your schedule. Achieving your certification has never been more accessible.
Scheduling instructions will be sent via email after your purchase.
- You have one (1) year from the date of purchase to schedule and complete your proctored exam.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your purchase to be processed before scheduling.
- This purchase includes one (1) remotely proctored exam session through Thrive Education Solutions. An active Certiport exam voucher is required and must be purchased separately unless included as part of a bundle.
- If you do not pass your exam on your first attempt, a new exam voucher and a new remote proctoring session must be purchased before you can retake the exam. Your purchase can be made at store.certiport.com.
Technical Requirements:
- Laptop or Desktop with Windows 10, Windows 11, or Mac OSX Sonoma 14.x or higher
- Windows & Mac users: You will need the ability to download and execute a
program file from your browser
- Chromebook with a current operating system (OS)
- Chromebook users: Local Admin Rights are required to deploy the Google
Play Store App (or local Admin permissions) for managed Chromebooks
- The language of the OS on your computer must match the exam language you are scheduled to take
- Full Keyboard and 2-button mouse
- Webcam - for identity and environment check
- Recommended minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 800 (multiple monitors are not supported during the exam)
- The preferred internet browser is Chrome. Internet Explorer, Edge, and Safari are also acceptable
- A bandwidth download speed of at least 10Mbps*
- If you are on a computer that has a firewall or other internet restrictions, you must be able to reach all IP addresses listed in our technical requirements
