CCI Learning XED Courseware
Cisco, the worldwide leader in Internet technologies, presents the Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) certification program available exclusively through Certiport.
The XED course, developed by CCI Learning, is accessed via the GMetrix platform and offers a superior learning experience on your journey to take the one of the Cisco certifications. You must choose one of the following courses offered:
- Cisco Cybersecurity (about 20 hours to complete)
- Cisco Networking (about 20 hours to complete)
- Cisco IT Support (about 28 hours to complete)
XED features include:
- Differentiated learning with eBook, QuickDeck, or QuickClip resources
- An exercise-based approach with real life context
- Learn by Doing activity-based exercises to reinforce understanding
After the online course is purchased, you will receive an email containing the product code and instructions on how access the course. Once you have chosen a title, the license will then be locked down to allow you to access only the chosen title.
The CCI XED course is delivered via the GMetrix platform, which means you can also access any CertPREP Practice Test powered by GMetrix you may have purchased at the Certiport Store using your same login information.
Technical Requirements:
The GMetrix and XED platforms are compatible with all modern desktop and mobile web browsers and operating systems. A high-speed internet connection is required.
